When I was an adolescent it was believed that a poor diet contributed to cause acne outbreaks. Now over twenty years later I have read many articles which stated that diet has no effect at all on acne. So in other words diet as a natural treatment for adult acne does not have a positive or negative effect.

Quite a bit of money can be spent looking for acne treatments that work. There are so many acne products available but it is hard to know which one is work. After you try one type of product, only to be disappointed and then spend more money on another type of system that claims it will cure your acne and then only to be disappointed again.
